Board
SIMalliance strategy and activities are defined and prioritized by a Board of 5 Directors - highly experienced managers within the member organizations. Day to day management is supervised by a General Secretary who reports to the Board.
SIMalliance's Board is currently chaired by Michel Canitrot, Executive Vice-President Very Large Accounts at Gemalto.
Workgroups
SIMalliance works on a per-project basis bringing together SIM specialists (Marketing & Technical) from each of the member companies. Through regular meetings, these teams liaise to develop the tools required to advance interoperable and open solutions that would be impossible without such industry cooperation. Each workgroup is placed under the responsibility of a Workgroup Chairman.
