After receiving a bachelors degree in economics in 1988 at the Université de Poitiers, followed with a Masters in Sciences and Techniques of Economic Studies and Industrial Strategies in 1990 and post graduate work in technology Management from the Université Dauphine, Olivier Leroux began his career as a sales manager at Prosodie, a mobile operator, where he was responsible for the strategic direction and key accounts of the company.
In 1999, Olivier was a key player in the creation of the software editing company, Rapsodia where he assumed the position of General Managing Director. After Oberthur Card Systems acquired Rapsodia in 2001, Olivier remained in his role until he was promoted to his current position as Mobile Marketing & Solutions Director. In this function, Olivier managed and oversaw Oberthur Card Systems' telecommunication division, particularly in marketing development and evolution studies. Olivier was responsible for reinforcing the sales capacity and strategy of Oberthur Card Systesms' product offer as well as the continued research of new technologies corresponding to present and future market needs.Olivier has recently been appointed Middle-East, Africa, Russia, & South America Regional Director.
