Deniz Tuncalp is the manager of the Mobile Signature Unit in Turkcell. Mobile Signature is a service platform that enables SIM cards to carry legally accepted identity information of individuals and create electronic signatures in their transactions. Mr. Tuncalp is the owner of the mobile signature idea in Turkcell and previously managed the creation and the implementation of the mobile signature business model for Turkcell as the first of its kind in the world. Prior to joining Turkcell, Deniz Tuncalp has given consulting services to many organizations either as an independent consultant or with InfoSecure, Deloitte, META Group and Gartner Group on the areas of technology management and information security.
Deniz Tuncalp has completed his B.S. degree from the Industrial Engineering Department and also holds two M.S. degrees on Systems Management and Information Systems from the
