Jérôme Sion is director for contactless and m-commerce activities in the mobile communications segment at Gemalto. In charge of the contactless global offering, Jérôme’s brief is to support mobile operators and service providers in leveraging the full potential of NFC (Near Field Communication) and related services. Jérôme Sion joined Schlumberger’s smart cards division in 1997, where he held various marketing positions, including Product Manager for security, payTV and new technologies. Since 2000, he has been dedicated to the business development of mobile communications, serving successively the Europe Middle East Africa region as marketing director and then
