Following graduation from the Nottingham Business School in 2000 with a BA Hons in Financial Service, Neill was recruited as a Global Change Manager in BT Wireless for Genie a leading global mobile and internet portal provider.
In 2001 he transferred to BT Cellnet as a 3G project manager with responsibility for managing the central programme office in the co-ordination of all delivery aspects of the 3G programme across the organisation.
Following the launch of 3G in 2005, Neill was recruited in the Devices directorate within O2 UK initially as the SIM Product Manager, and has now assumed additional responsibilities as Head of SIM & OTA.
In addition to a BA Hons, Neill has attained a Diploma in Management (2003) and a Master of Business Administration of the Open University (2006).
