Simonetta Mangiabene joined the research center of Telecom Italia since 1998 and then started working at R&D Telecom Italia projects dealing with SIM card enhancements. She is currently part of the Innovation and Strategies Group at Telecom Italia where she manages a project on SIM cards innovation and SIM-based services development. She has been involved in many European research projects and is now representing Telecom Italia as a delegate into the ETSI SCP plenary and requirements groups.
